Dragonspeech is our NPC Wales newsletter. It is written by our Chairman, and published on a regular basis. We print our newsletter bilingually with a large, easy-to-read font and high-contrast design. This newsletter is circulated amongst our members, stakeholders such as the Older People's Commissioner for Wales, and in community spaces such as libraries.
